Payment Options

Via your Student Portal 
Log In:  ALG.edu.au/studentportal  (your student number is your username). Students can choose to pay via PayID or via debit/credit cards in your Student Portal. 

PayID 
If you have an Australian bank account, you can pay to our Australian Company Number (ACN) via PayID. Our PayID is “112 741 723” – no service fee. When making the payment, you can choose to “Pay someone new” via ABN / ACN option on your mobile / internet banking or choose “Fast Payment” option (for business account holders). No service fee applies. Please provide your student / offer ID and student name in the payment description so we can identify the payment easily 

Debit/credit cards (i.e. Visa or MasterCard) – please note a service fee of 1% applies (non-refundable) 

Via your Education Agent. 

Via Pay To Study (from overseas) 
International bank transfer from student’s home country using the following website: https://alg.paytostudy.com. International transfer fees apply. 

Alternative Payment Method

Students have the freedom to choose and switch between ‘Pay-by-Month’ and ‘Pay-By-Term’. Requests can be made at any time, however changes will only be applied to future terms and any enrolled courses.

Pay-by-Month

• Pay-by-Month is an option available for both new and existing students.
• Pay-by-Month allows a student to pay for a term of study over 3 monthly instalments.
• Pay-by-Month will replace the previous part payment options provided to students.
• Pay-by-Month can only be applied for your future tuition fees. It does not cover miscellaneous fees (i.e. Materials, Re-sits, etc.) or any overdue tuition fees.
• You are required to pay your Pay-by-Month fees on the 3rd day of every month (Term 1 – Jan/Feb/Mar, Term 2 – Apr/May/Jun, Term 3 – Jul/Aug/Sep , Term 4 – Oct/Nov/Dec).

Pay-by-Term

• Pay-by-Term payment due date is always 3 weeks prior to Week 1 of the payable term on the Monday.
