My eQuals Digital Documents are here
Australian Learning Group (ALG) is excited to introduce Digital Documents issued through My eQuals – a secure and trusted provider of certified digital documents.
ALG is proud to empower learners with the access to their secure digital qualifications, statement of attainments and academic records anytime, anywhere, through the My eQuals platform. My eQuals is a secure, online environment enabling graduates to instantly share their official institution issued transcripts and certificates with employers, recruiters and third parties – anytime, anywhere.

- Testamur/Qualification Certificate
- Completion Letter
- Academic Transcripts (Statement of Attainment/ Record of Results)
Current Students:
If you’re currently enrolled at the Australian learning Group, you can request the following documents in digital format for your current (ongoing) course:
- Record of Results (an official academic record)
- Statement of Attainment – First Aid unit
Graduates:
Upon successful completion of your course, you will receive the following documents in digital format:
- Completion Letter (only for courses that include work placement)*
- Testamur (Qualification Certificate)
- Record of Results (Academic Transcript)
*Students who complete a course that does not include work placement are eligible to request a Completion Letter. To do so, please submit a Document Request Form to receive a digital copy.
Students who attend the graduation ceremony will also receive a hard copy of their testamur.
AQF certification documentation is issued to a student within 30 calendar days of the student being assessed as meeting the requirements of the training product if the training program in which the student is enrolled is complete and providing all agreed fees the student owes ALG have been paid. The time taken to determine a student meets all requirements of their training program includes ALG processes for finalising assessment and verifying the student is eligible to be issued with AQF certification documentation.
Past Students:
A statement of attainment will be issued upon a stud ent’s exit from a training program and has successfully completes one or more accredited units of competency, whether the student has completed the full program or not and providing all agreed fees the student owes ALG have been paid.
Digital versions of these documents were not previously available, so if you graduated before 1st December 2025 and after January 2017, you were not issued digital documents. If you would like a digital version of your transcript or testamur, you will need to submit a Document Request form to receive a digital version. Processing fee may apply per document. Refer to additional fee schedule for more details.
