Australian Learning Group offers a free Counselling Service which is run through Sonder,

Sonder provides support for your emotional wellbeing and personal growth through their wellbeing and counselling services.

Sonder offers a smartphone app that gives you access to 24/7 safety, medical and mental health support via either live chat or phone, and in-person assistance when you need it.

Whether you are struggling with stress, homesickness, relationship issues, anxiety, loneliness, or anything that is concerning you, Sonder is available for you.

How do I book a session?

Sonder is contactable 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year by telephoning 1800 234 560. For all urgent enquiries, please contact this number immediately. You can also book via the app.

What will it cost?

All of Sonder’s counselling sessions are free!

Even though the partnership is provided by Australian Learning Group, Sonder is a confidential service.

The ALG counselling Service is available on Mondays and Thursdays and is not a crisis or emergency service.
