Practical Training

Our fitness lessons offer a balanced approach, combining theoretical knowledge with hands-on practical training. Students have the opportunity to enhance their practical skills in a real life gym environment close to their relevant campus. We are excited to share that through our partnership with Fitness First and Goodlife Health Clubs, our students have access to state of the art gym facilities to put their theory into practice. Some trainers also bring their class outdoors during the summer.

What our students say

“The best part about studying with ALG is the supportive teachers, good facilities, wide range of resources for studies. After finishing my Certificate III I found a job as a trainer straight away mostly because of the motivation from my teachers, and completing practical lessons in a gym facility that offered me a position as a trainer.”
