OSHC is an insurance to assist international students meeting the costs of medical and hospital care that they may need while in Australia. OSHC will also pay limited benefits for pharmaceuticals and ambulance services. As an international student, you must show evidence that you have health insurance cover before a visa can be issued. OSHC is required for the total duration of your studies.
