AGED CARE WORKER PROGRAM
Overview
The Aged Care Worker program will develop you into a well-rounded Aged Care Worker through the completion of two nationally recognised qualifications.
Looking after an elderly person requires a caring supportive and patient nature so that you can establish a trust and good relationship with your client.
Our Aged Care Worker program delivery is a great combination ‘hands-on’ training in a simulation lab and up-to-date theory study in the classroom. This practical approach to training, along with work placement will make sure that our graduates are job-ready and able to excel in their chosen careers.
By completing this aged care program you will build a foundation for supervising other support workers, advocating for the elderly within a caring and legal and ethical framework.
