AGED CARE & WELFARE MANAGER PROGRAM
Overview
The Aged Care & Case Manager program will develop you into a well-rounded welfare manager through the completion of three nationally recognised qualifications.
You will also learn how to work from a recovery-oriented perspective that is strengths-based and client-centered. You will gain the skills and knowledge to become a practitioner in this sector which includes fields such as counselling, referral, advocacy and education/health promotion services.
The program delivery is a great combination ‘hands-on’ training in a simulation lab and up-to-date theory study in the classroom. This practical approach to training, along with work placement will make sure that our graduates have the skills and knowledge to provide services that maintain a therapeutic alliance with clients.
