For the past year, the team here at Australian Learning Group has been making an effort to put our students’ experience at the forefront of all that we do. In that time we’ve implemented initiatives such as; our “You Spoke, We Listened” campaign each term, a new and improved online Student Area with various support options, more student engagement events, and a ticketing system to manage and respond to your emails.

There is still plenty of work to be done, but we’d like to share that we’re taking the next step on the journey towards nurturing and empowering you on your path to a more meaningful career, by sharing the launch of our new look with you.

Our new look and feel is not simply a fresh coat of paint and a new logo. We intend to put your needs and your feedback first. Check out our main focus points below, which we will tie into the launch in July.

The new-look ALG will be focused on building a culture of self-help, putting our students in control so they have what they need as soon as they need it, while also improving our organisation and communication to ensure all our students enjoy their journey with us…

Improving our response times - We'll always get back to you (phone, email, chat) within 24 hours…when we don’t, give us feedback so we can improve!

Releasing your timetables earlier - so you can plan ahead

Support staff at all campus locations - you won't have to find us, we'll be there for you.

Increased engagement activities each term - movie nights, pizza lunches and more.

3x Student Newsletters each term with important updates and information about your campus and studies.
