MEET ALESSANDRA
This is Alessandra from Brazil. She is studying Cert IV in Yoga Teaching and is enrolled in the Diploma of Yoga Teaching.
Alessandra came to visit Australia in 2019 on a student visa to study English first. She has been practicing yoga since she was a child with her Aunt who was a yoga teacher back in Brazil. So she followed her passion and decided to study something she loves and really wants to do in Australia.
Alessandra’s dream is to create her own yoga retreat which combines teaching yoga together with other holistic therapies.
She wants you to know that “Yoga is not just exercise for your body, but something for your mind and soul. It’s a lifestyle and there is a big philosophy to it”
